Patna, 6 December (IANS). JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has said on the farmers’ march to Delhi that the agitation of farmer organizations is the result of the pain arising out of non-implementation of previous agreements.
He said that the Supreme Court has directed that citizens should not be inconvenienced. We are confident that the Agriculture Minister will make some meaningful announcement regarding farmers in the House. They are our farmers, our property, the food providers of the country. Sensitivity towards them is necessary.
On the statement of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath regarding the Sambhal incident, JDU spokesperson said that democracy has been murdered in Bangladesh, it is a religion based nation. Bangladesh is a country full of dictatorships in this Asian continent, and it is an example in Asia that Nepal, which was a Hindu nation, had its democracy strangled. Pakistan, which was an Islamic nation, had its democracy strangled. Bangladesh is an Islamic country where democracy was strangled. But the Sambhal incident is painful. However, it is beyond my understanding to compare Sambhal with Bangladesh.
Police have said in their statement that property worth Rs 1 crore has been damaged in this violence. On this, JDU spokesperson said, “The Sambhal incident is sad and painful. This is naturally a subject which has worried everyone. Enabling laws are in place, but in this context it is important that the law is implemented.” To do this, law and order cannot be maintained by creating fear. We had earlier controlled Naxalism through reservation and rule of law. harmony prevails This is an important responsibility.
