Kota : A person in Kota, Rajasthan lost his life due to superstition. The person was very ill. He decided to go to a tantrik instead of going to a doctor for treatment. But who knew that in the process of getting rid of the disease, he would lose his life. The incident is from Sultanpur area. The deceased Brijmohan Suman was a resident of Bapu Nagar Kunhadi area of Kota. He used to work in a stone factory. When his health deteriorated, people advised him to get treatment from a tantrik in Sultanpur. It was said that the treatment for mental illness can be found only from a tantrik. After this, Brijmohan’s son and other people took him to Sultanpur, 60 kilometers away.
Rs 11,500 demanded in the name of treatment
It was found out that a tantrik in Jhotoli Road Talai Pada treats mental illness. The tantrik asked them for Rs 11,500 in exchange for curing the illness. The family paid the money. After this, the tantrik tied Brijmohan with ropes and started beating him with sticks under the influence of alcohol. For about 5 days, the tantrik kept tying Brijmohan’s hands and legs and kept beating him.
Several injury marks found on the body
Harishankar, son of deceased Brijmohan Suman, said that many marks of assault were visible on his father’s body. After this, the son refused to get treatment from the tantrik and brought his father to Kota and got him admitted to the hospital. Brijmohan died within 15 minutes of admission. The son alleges that the tantrik brutally assaulted his father, due to which his fingers were torn and there were blue marks on his hands and feet. The police have registered a case and started investigation. At present, the tantrik is being searched. A video of this has also surfaced. The video shows how the tantrik is beating Brijmohan in the name of treatment.
