Ajmer, 5 December (IANS). Ittehad-e-Millat Parishad (IMC) founder Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan reached Ajmer on Wednesday after the Ajmer Dargah controversy. He condemned the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. He said that Hindus are being specially targeted, their temples are being attacked, so I demand from the government that I should be allowed to go to Bangladesh. I want to go there with my team and work for the safety of the minorities there.
Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan told IANS, “The situation in Bangladesh is very worrying. According to the information I have received, there has been a coup there. The Indian media is presenting it in such a way that there is caste discrimination against Hindus.” If this is happening because of religion, then we strongly condemn it. Chishti Saheb and others will also condemn it. But attacks are taking place, so we protest that no one should be discriminated against because of religion in Bangladesh.”
He further said, “Hindus are being specifically targeted, their temples are being attacked, so I demand from the government that I should be allowed to go to Bangladesh. I want to go there with my team and there. I want to work for the protection of minorities in India. The government there should take concrete steps to protect the minorities in our country.”
On the Ajmer Dargah controversy, he said, “The simple fact is that if you dig, something will come out, and if you dig deeper, more things may come out. If you keep digging, it may Now the question is what benefit or loss the country is getting from this excavation? The real objective should not be to find an old temple. Have to create an identity.”
He said, “Those who have committed insolence in the honor of Rasool-e-Azam, their motive was also the same. Not just insolence, but to create their own identity. Those who are doing all this are harming the country. Strict action should be taken against such people.” Action should be taken. The government should conduct a search operation against these people and fix their whereabouts in jail, because if they are left free, they will continue to create such an environment.”
After this, he accused the government of declaring war against Muslims and said, “In India, the government has declared a war against Muslims. Under the pressure of the government, the courts are giving such decisions, like The decision of search or survey is being taken under the pressure of the government. If the courts give such decisions then it is a very serious thing, because if the public trust in the justice system in India is lost. If yes, then it is called Jungle Raj. The situation can be said. Therefore, I appeal to the Supreme Court to take cognizance of this and whatever such decisions are being taken by the lower courts, they should be immediately stopped.”
