If grand alliance government is formed, the amount of social security pension will increase: Tejashwi

Lakhisarai, 7 December (IANS). Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav is currently on a tour of the state under the Karyakarta Darshan cum Samvad program. During this journey, he reached Lakhisarai on Saturday.

Here he fiercely attacked the Nitish Kumar government. They cornered the government on various issues like employment, social security pension, electricity bill etc.

Leader of opposition in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has now become completely useless and he has no hold on governance. He stressed that his non-communicative attitude in the Assembly and Legislative Council also proves this.

Former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav promised that if his government is formed, the amount of Social Security Pension Scheme will be increased from Rs 400 to Rs 1500. He said that the most expensive electricity is being given to the people in Bihar.

Tejashwi promised that after the formation of our government, 200 units of electricity will be provided free per month. Assuring the people, he said that even while being in opposition, his party will fight for 200 units of free electricity for the people of Bihar.

Taking aim at the government, he said that we will force the government to solve the problems of the people.

Attacking Nitish government on the issue of teachers, Tejashwi said that RJD is continuously fighting for their rights. He said that the government is not paying attention to the problems of teachers. He said that no examination is being conducted properly under the NDA government. During our 17 months of government, five lakh people were given jobs and employed teachers were regularized.
