Kota : A delegation of Vyapar Mahasangh met the Executive Superintendent on Thursday. The traders have warned the officials against the power cuts and the deteriorating condition not only in Baran city but in the entire district. The warning said that if there is no improvement in 72 hours, then Baran will be closed. President of Vyapar Mahasangh Yogesh Kumar and spokesperson Harshit Jain said that the delegation met representatives of more than two dozen trade unions, Superintending Engineer NN Bilotia and Executive Engineer Navratan Bairwa, AEN Ajay Singh. The traders said that the business is getting ruined due to the deteriorating power system of the entire district and city. Also, it has become difficult for people to live and traders to do business in this humidity. The condition of housewives is even more serious. All the producers of Baran city who are dependent on electricity, all their machines are lying idle. Everyone is facing losses in business. The people of the city are crying out over the deteriorating power system. The electricity department has no attention on this.
Traders from more than two dozen organizations including President of Vyapar Mahasangh Yogesh Kumar, Devkinandan Bansal, Lalit Mohan Khandelwal, Ved Prakash Takkar, Vimal Bansal, General Secretary Kanhaiyalal Chittaura, Shankar Maheshwari, Naresh Nandwana, Spokesperson Harshit Jain, Hemraj Sharma, Anand Bansal, Bhanu Porwal, Kamlesh Jain, Mahendra Sharma, Naresh Khandelwal, Pawan Arora, Ashwani Bansal, Harish Sharma, Uttam Kumar Gupta, Sanjay Sharma, Pankaj Jain, etc. were present. On this, the officials of the electricity department have assured that the electricity will be completely improved within 72 hours. President Kumar and spokesperson Harshit Jain said that if the department is not able to improve this spoiled electricity system within 72 hours, then not only Baran city but the entire district will not hesitate to shut down.
