Churu : Teachers are facing immense problems in the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry being run by the Education Department in the state to provide Unique ID Permanent Education Number to the students studying in all government and private schools. On one hand, the top officials of the education department are putting pressure to prepare the numerous IDs of the students as soon as possible. On the other hand, due to the details of the students registered in U-DICE not matching with the Aadhaar card details of them and their parents, AAPAR ID is not being created. Therefore, this task has become a problem for teachers as they neither have the rights to correct the errors on the Aadhaar of the student or their parents nor on the U-DICE portal. Apart from this, teachers are also worried about many points of the incomplete guidelines of Apar ID.

Let us tell you that Apar ID is being created from the U-DICE Plus portal of the Government of India. For this, it is necessary that the U DICE Plus portal of the school be activated in the academic year 2024-25. Also, the details of the student like name, father’s name, date of birth and address etc. entered on the U-DICE portal should be same as in the Aadhaar card. Not only this, it is very important that the Aadhaar details of the mother and father match with the Aadhaar card details of the students. The problem is that the Education Department does not have any system to update the Aadhaar card. At the same time, many students do not even have Aadhar card. Apart from this, parental consent is also necessary for updation in Aadhar card. In this, the educational qualification of the guardian is also being asked, but many parents do not want to disclose their qualifications. At the same time, the correct mobile number of the parent or guardian should also be available on the portal. The problem is also that some do not even have a mobile number. Apart from this, half yearly examination is also going to be held next month. In such a situation, school teachers should get the students’ courses completed or revised or the work of Apar ID should be completed. Teachers are worried about this also.
