Jaipur : Employees of Bank of Baroda in Rajasthan will be on a nationwide strike from July 12. The strike was announced in the meeting of the All India Bank of Baroda Officers Union. Officials from across the country participated in the virtual meeting along with President Neeraj Srivastava and General Secretary Srinivas Rao.
Union secretary Lokesh Mishra said that in the notice to the Central Chief Labour Commissioner, execution has been demanded under Section 22 and 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act. This strike is being done against the faulty transfer policy of the management and mental harassment. During the strike, the services of officers will not be available at more than 8 thousand branches located across the country.
