In Jhunjhunu, the man who was declared dead 4 hours ago, got up from the bier and ran away, blame fell on 3 doctors who were negligent.

Jhunjhunu News Desk: Three doctors have been punished for declaring a living child dead in Jhunjhunu’s BDK Hospital. The government has suspended the PMO and two medical officers and set up an inquiry for gross negligence. In this case, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sandeep Kumar Panchar, Medical Officer in the Medicine Department Dr. Yogesh Kumar Jakhar and Medical Officer Dr. Navneet Meel were suspended. After suspension, Dr. Panchar’s headquarters will be CMHO Jaisalmer, Dr. Jakhar’s CMHO Barmer and Dr. Meel’s headquarters will be CMHO Jalore.

The department issued these orders

Nisha Meena, Joint Secretary in the Medical and Health Department, issued the order saying that action has been taken on the basis of the report of the District Collector due to gross negligence in declaring a living child dead in the emergency unit of Government BDK Hospital, Jhunjhunu. According to the order, keeping the investigation pending, the doctors have been suspended with immediate effect using the powers conferred under Rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Service Rules, 1958.

Actually, Maa Seva Sansthan in Bagad town of Jhunjhunu works to serve abandoned, disabled and mentally retired people. On Thursday morning, Rohitash, who was abandoned in an unconscious state, was brought to the emergency ward of BDK Hospital, where the doctor declared him dead. After the doctor declared him dead in the emergency, the body was shifted to the mortuary for post-mortem and the body was kept in the deep freezer. Considering Rohitash dead, the body was kept in the deep freezer for two hours. After that the body was sent for cremation. When the time came to light the pyre, the dead body started moving. After this, the people present there hurriedly brought Rohitash to the emergency of BDK Hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU for treatment.
