In Jodhpur Polo, Balsamand defeated Sardarmand by ten goals.

Jodhpur : Under the auspices of Jodhpur Polo and Equestrian Institute, in the match of the second day of Out of the Hat Tournament in the 25th Jodhpur Polo Season 2024, being held at Maharaja Gaj Singh Sports Foundation Polo Ground, Air Force Road, Pabupura, Balsamand team defeated Sardarsamand team by five goals. Scored fifteen goals against and registered an easy victory with a margin of ten goals. All the three players of the winning team, Mahendra Singh Jodhpur, Mahendra Singh Jaipur and Yogeshwar Singh, performed brilliantly and dominated the opposition team from the beginning of the match.

Honorary Secretary of Jodhpur Polo and Equestrian Institute, Jodhpur, Inderjit Singh Nathawat said that while playing for Balsamand team in the second match of the tournament played at 3.30 pm on Friday, Mahendra Singh of Jodhpur scored one goal each in the first, second and third rounds. Scored two consecutive goals in the fourth round. Mahendra Singh of Jaipur also scored two goals each in the second and third innings and one goal in the fourth innings. Fellow player Yogeshwar Singh Bhanwari scored three goals in the first innings and one goal in the second and third innings.

All three players of this team scored five goals each. Playing for Sardarsamand team in the match, Vishwaraj Singh scored one goal each in the first, second and fourth innings and his teammate Pepsingh Bhalasaria scored two goals in the fourth innings. The umpire of the match was Dhananjay Singh Rathore while the commentary was done by Ankur Mishra.
