In Kota Sevakarya Camp, 165 people were checked for BP and sugar and given advice.

Kota News Desk: A free eye care camp was organized on Wednesday at Sant Kanwarram Dharamshala located in Gumanpura market of Kota city. 450 patients got themselves registered in the camp. After examination, cataract was found in 55 patients. In the camp, Dr. Bharat Sharma checked the BP and sugar of 165 people who came to the camp and gave them advice. Committee Chairman Girdhari Panjwani said that the chief guest in the medical camp, retina surgeon Dr. Deepesh Chhablani, inaugurated the camp by examining the patients.

Besides, the team of doctors examined the eyes of the patients and gave them consultation and free medicines and spectacles were distributed. After examination, doctors found 55 patients to have cataracts and they were selected for operation. All the selected cataract patients were operated by ophthalmologist Dr. Sudhir Gupta in Nayapura. Food was arranged by Dharamshala for all the people who came to the camp. Apart from this, the accommodation and food arrangements for the patients who were operated on were also made by the Dharamshala. President Girdhari Panjwani said that in the camp to be organized on 20th of next month, retina surgeon Dr. Deepesh Chhablani will provide treatment to the eye patients. Retina and retina testing will also be done free of cost. Officials of the organization including Secretary Arjun Jaisinghani, Jagdish Panjwani, Nand Rajani, Damodar Banwani, Mukesh Khushlani, Chandra Budhrani, Rajni and Nikita participated in the camp.
