Karauli : A serious incident happened in Nad village of Todabhim area of Gangapur City district of Rajasthan. When the administration took action to remove the weighing machine built on the khatedari land, a fierce clash broke out between the administration and the villagers. The dispute escalated so much that a woman pulled the hair of SDM Sunita Meena.

The incident took place on September 12 at around 4 pm, its video surfaced on September 13. The woman officer is also accused of pushing an old man. Actually, the administration had reached the village to remove encroachment. It is being told that during the action, some villagers protested, due to which the situation became tense. During this, a heated argument started between the SDM and the villagers. It can be seen in the video that when an old man moves towards the JCB machine, the SDM pushes him. After this, the dispute escalates and a woman starts pulling the SDM’s hair. The policemen intervened and separated the two parties. SDM said it was a normal dispute
Reacting to this incident, SDM Sunita Meena said that the administration had tried to remove encroachment in the village and the situation worsened due to the protest. Instead of making this incident a big issue, she described it as a normal dispute. However, the other side says that the weighing machine which the administration was removing calling it encroachment was actually on khatedari land and there was no encroachment of any kind there. It has also come to light that SDM Sunita Meena has been transferred in the recently released list of RAS officers. But the officer who has been appointed in her place has not joined yet. That is why this charge is still with her.
