Subhash Bishnoi was in jail till a few months ago. According to preliminary information, Subhash came out of jail on bail only after 2 months. Police reached the spot after receiving information about firing and murder of a young man. Investigation is being done.

Subhash had gone to jail in a land dispute
After initial information, the police officer who reached the spot said that the deceased Subhash Bishnoi and his family were having a land dispute with another party in the village itself. The police officer said that in January the deceased and his family had attacked people from the other party. In which case Subhash also went to jail. Just a few days ago, Subhash had come out of jail on bail. After which he was shot dead today. The police is busy investigating the matter.
The accused fled on foot after murdering the young man
A young man was murdered in broad daylight on Tuesday in Sangriya Phata area of Jodhpur city. Two youths engaged the bike riding youth in conversation and during this time a youth took out a pistol and started firing. Due to the bullet, the young man riding the bike fell down there and died. After the murder, both the accused fled from there on foot. This entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed there. On receiving the information, top police officials reached the spot and took action after taking possession of the body.

According to the information, on Tuesday afternoon, Subhash, a resident of Khedi Salwa Dangiawas, was standing in the street. Two young men came to him and started talking to him. Meanwhile, a young man took out a pistol and opened fire. After being shot, Subhash fell on the ground and died on the spot. Hearing the sound of bullets, a crowd gathered at the spot. On information, DCP West Rajarshi Raj Verma and other officers reached the spot and took possession of the body and kept it in AIIMS mortuary. Initial investigation has revealed that the attackers fired five rounds at the deceased. Five empty shells were found near the dead body. After the murder the miscreants fled on foot. The video of the shooting has also surfaced which quickly went viral on social media.
Accused identified, search continues
DCP West Rajarshi Raj Verma said that initial investigation has revealed that Subhash’s family members are having a dispute with a party in the village itself. Incidents of fighting have happened earlier also. Subhash was out on bail. Both the miscreants are likely to be known to each other. Looking for the killers.
