According to experts, the construction work was to be completed in February 2021, but due to Corona, the deadline was extended to 31 October 2022. The concerned contractor firm left the construction work of 288 houses incomplete. After this, work remained completely stopped for several months. The new contractor firm started work again in September 2023. The said work was to be completed by August 2024, but till now the foundation has not been dug for the construction of 192 lat. At present, the work of even half of the leases has not been completed, while the Municipal Council officials have been assured by the concerned firm to complete the work by March 2025, while considering the current pace of work, the work can be completed by the end of 2025. It seems difficult to happen. Allottees are facing problems due to half-finished work.
More than 122 allottees turned away
experts According to this, till now more than 122 allottees have turned away from the said scheme. In this, someone has deposited one installment and someone has not deposited the remaining installment after depositing two installments. The Municipal Council issued notices for this several times, but as no one showed interest, the Municipal Council canceled the allotment of about 122 allottees. Now preparations are being made to allot them to those whose flat construction has not yet started.
