Banswara : The campaigning phase for the assembly by-elections in Rajasthan has reached its final stage. At the same time, the parties are also giving their full strength. To register victory, leaders and workers are busy adding one vote each. But the real problem has been increased by the rebel leaders. The entire party is busy convincing these rebel leaders. Some have been convinced while some are still trying to convince. The contest on two seats of Southern Rajasthan, Chaurasi and Salumbar assembly seats, is triangular. Where Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) has made the contest between BJP and Congress interesting.
When there is a triangular contest, it is a matter of strategy and mathematics. It is easy to win the match only if the strategy and mathematics are correct.
Eighty-four rebels may be accepted but who has the vote bank?
The father first had to face the rebellion on the eighty-fourth seat. Here Popat Khokhria first rebelled but the party convinced him. However, the other rebel Badamilal Tabiyad is still in the field. However, father had registered a big victory on this seat last time. Therefore, the party is not facing much threat from the rebel candidate. In Salumber, the rebel candidates of both BJP and Congress were trying to strike a chord but the parties have convinced them too. The rebellious attitude of Narendra Meena of BJP had calmed down after meeting the Chief Minister, while the long resentment of Raghuveer Meena of Congress has been removed by Ashok Chandna.
After accepting the rebels, the parties are now focusing on their vote bank. Because here, whoever has the vote bank from tribal to youth will win.
BAP claims victory over BJP’s hold in Salumbar
BJP has been winning the Salumber seat for the last three times. This time, Shanta Devi Meena, wife of Amritlal Meena, who was the MLA from here, is in the fray. Narendra Meena being a rebel would have made his path difficult. Narendra Meena is young and has a strong hold among the workers. Now he is campaigning for Shanta Devi.
Raghuveer Meena of Congress has been a strong leader of the area. He had a role in making Salumber a district. Congress’s Reshma Meena’s troubles seemed to be increasing due to her being a rebel. However, after the persuasion of Ashok Chandna yesterday, he too is now contesting for Congress.
While BJP and Congress have convinced their respective rebels, father has convinced one rebel candidate but the other one is still in the fray. However, the party does not consider it a challenge yet.
