Jaipur : A video of Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur is going viral on social media. In this video, a young man selling vegetables on a cart under Brahmapuri police station area was assaulted after asking his religion. Taking action in this case, the police have arrested both the youths who assaulted and made the video. SHO of Brahmpuri police station Ishwar Chand Pareek said that the youth selling vegetables, Sehroj (age 27 years) is a resident of Kannauj district of UP. Police said that a video from Jaipur is going viral on social media, in which two youths asked a vegetable seller about his religion. After this, a young man started beating him and another person started making a video.
Young man beaten by calling him Bangladeshi
The accused are saying in the video, “What is your religion? Then the accused abuse the young man and beat him up by calling him a Bangladeshi.” Additional DCP North Ranu Sharma said that Anshul Dadhich and Himmat Singh, residents of Jaipur Brahmapuri, have been arrested under Section 170 of the Indian Justice Code in the case of abuse and assault. Further action is being taken as per rules.

Various types of comments are coming on this video which is going viral on social media. People are protesting against beating up vegetable sellers in the name of religion. Youth Against Hate has written that “BJP has gathered a crowd of such radicals.” One user wrote, “The media is most responsible for this poison.”
