In the Jodhpur Women’s Under-15 Tournament, Dhriti led Rajasthan to victory by scoring 101 runs in 68 balls with the help of 17 fours.

Jodhpur : Jodhpur: Jodhpur’s dominance continues to shine in the women’s under-15 cricket competition being played at the MCA Cricket Ground in Pune. In the match played against Sikkim team, Dhriti scored 101 runs in 68 balls, hitting 17 fours. With his brilliant performance, he led Rajasthan team to victory. Today on Friday, Rajasthan is competing with Madhya Pradesh team.

The fourth match of Women Under-15 Rajasthan team was played against Sikkim team on 27 November at MCA Cricket Ground, Pune. Sikkim won the toss and invited Rajasthan to bat first on a slightly wet pitch.
Rajasthan started cautiously. The first wicket of Rajasthan team fell in the form of Gauravi Khangrot. After that, Dhriti Mathur made a record and scored a century in an explosive manner in which she scored 101 runs in 68 balls which included 17 fours.

Dhriti and Sarita shared the second wicket partnership and Rajasthan team scored 250 runs losing 4 wickets in 35 overs. In which Sarita played an inning of 73 runs due to which Rajasthan team kept a strong score in front of Sikkim.
This win was very important for Rajasthan to reach the knockout. While chasing the target, Sikkim team lost 2 wickets for 13 runs. Bhumika Jangid gave initial 2 shocks to Sikkim.
After this, the spinners of Rajasthan team broke the back of Sikkim team in which Dhriti Mathur took 2 wickets and Palak Bishnoi took 3 wickets.
Due to which Sikkim team collapsed for just 43 runs. Dhriti Mathur gave her all-round performance and scored her second century of this tournament. In this match, Dhriti Mathur earned her second player of the match for her all-round performance. Rajasthan team is currently at second place after Mumbai in the points table. Rajasthan team’s next match will be played against Madhya Pradesh on 29th November.
