In the morning, it rained in many areas of the state including the capital Jaipur. The Meteorological Department has issued an immediate warning and warned of heavy rain in many districts in the next 2 hours.

The department has issued a warning of moderate to heavy rain and lightning in Jaipur, Dausa, Alwar, Bharatpur and Nagaur districts. Winds can blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour here. The department has issued an orange alert for these districts. At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued for rain with strong surface winds, thunder and lightning in Churu, Hanumangarh, Ganganagar, Bikaner, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Ajmer, Tonk, Baran, Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Karauli and Dholpur districts.

Heavy rain in Jhalawar

On Tuesday, many areas in Jhalawar district witnessed drizzling rain for about two hours in the morning on the second day of Sawan. This made the weather pleasant and people got relief from the heat. On Tuesday, 2 mm rain was recorded in Jhalawar, 1 in Aklera, 4-4 in Asnawar and Jhalrapatan, 3 in Khanpur, 8 in Manoharthana, 1 in Pachpahar and 2 mm in Sunel. On Tuesday, an average of 2 mm rain was recorded in the entire district. There was heavy rain for about an hour in the Manoharthana area on Tuesday evening. People heaved a sigh of relief due to continuous heavy rain for one hour. Traffic on the roads in the markets came to a halt during the heavy rain. The road got blocked for some time due to the accumulation of rain water in the lower market. People got relief from the heat and humidity.
