Jaipur : Barmer : The villagers had accused the acting principal of a school in Batadu tehsil area of molestation and rape of girl students. A memorandum was submitted to Collector Tina Dabi. After the complaint, the Collector formed a committee. The committee reached the school on Tuesday (November 5) and conducted the investigation. CDEO sent the teacher’s suspension report to the government. A case of molestation and rape was registered against the teacher in Nagana police station.
Police arrested the accused teacher
The police had arrested the accused teacher Motilal on Monday (November 4) on charges of disturbing peace. CDEO Muralidhar Yadav, Women and Child Development Officer Prahlad Singh Rajpurohit, Subdivision Officer Veeramaram reached the school on Tuesday. Started investigation into the case against the principal. Made a report and submitted it to the government. The report also mentions that the audio of misbehaving with girl students and pressurizing them to do wrong things has gone viral. The team also talked to the villagers. Now Nagana police station will investigate the matter.
Education Minister Madan gave instructions for strict action
When the police arrived to arrest him, the teacher had run away from home. On this the police chased him and arrested him with the help of Baytu police. Education Minister Madan Dilawar tweeted on social media ‘X’. He wrote, “This unfortunate incident that happened in the school of Barmer is extremely condemnable and shameful. This type of act is not acceptable under any circumstances in a sacred educational institution like a school. This serious matter has been taken into cognizance.
