Jalore : Farming on 3.15 hectares of agricultural land of Suresh Dhaka, accused in the paper leak case, located in Sanchore district, has been banned. The local Tehsildar has banned Achalpur Halka Patwari Kamlesh Kumar Jani from allowing farming on this land. This is probably the first such major action in the paper leak case, in which the land of an accused has been confiscated. Sarwana Land Records Inspector and Patwari Halka Achalpur went to the spot on Wednesday and completed the process of confiscation of 3.15 hectares of agricultural land of Suresh Dhaka. This action was taken in compliance with the order of Additional District and Sessions Judge Udaipur and District Collector Sanchore Shakti Singh Rathore. The order of the local Tehsildar banning farming on this property has also been pasted on the spot.

Who is Suresh Dhaka?

Suresh Dhaka is a resident of Achalpur village, located 20 km from Sanchore. He has also been to jail before. He went to jail the first time for money laundering and the second time for paper leak.
