Jaipur : Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma’s convoy met with an accident on Wednesday. An ASI Surendra Singh died in the accident. Four other police personnel were injured. Two other people traveling in the car that collided with the CM’s convoy were also injured. He is being treated. Nagaur MP Hanuman Beniwal has raised questions on the security agency on the accident. MP Hanuman Beniwal wrote on his social media account ‘X’, “There is great negligence of the security agency in this, on which action should be taken. ASI Surendra died and some police personnel got injured in the accident in the convoy of the Chief Minister in Jaipur. The incident is extremely sad.”
“There should be a high level investigation into the matter”
He further wrote, “It is a serious matter for a vehicle to come in the wrong direction in the convoy of the Chief Minister and cause such a big accident. During any visit of the Chief Minister, the entire responsibility related to his security rests with the IG level officer posted in the Chief Minister’s security. This incident is a big failure on the part of the IG level officer who is in charge of the state’s security. There should be a high level investigation into the matter.”

Jaipur Commissioner said – serious incident, investigation will be done from all angles
