Issue of 17 new districts raised in Bhajanlal cabinet meeting, ministers put forward this demand

Jaipur : 17 new districts created by the previous Gehlot government in Rajasthan have become a thorn in the side of the Bhajanlal government. The government is still not able to take decisions regarding these new districts. On Sunday, a cabinet meeting was held in the Chief Minister’s Office under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. In the meeting, the ministers also discussed with the CM about taking decisions on new districts.

According to the information, the ministers told CM Bhajanlal Sharma that a decision on new districts should be taken soon. Besides, the demand for removing the ban on transfers was also raised. Kirori Lal Meena said that transfers should be opened. Other ministers also agreed with Kirori. Meena also raised questions regarding land allocation. Kirori Lal Meena also raised the issues of the previous government in DOIT (Department of Information and Technology) in the meeting and said that FIR should be registered against the officers who have committed scams in DOIT.

Protests are taking place in these districts

Let us tell you that from many places in Rajasthan, there is a demand to keep the new districts as they are. In which many BJP leaders, MLAs and MPs have written letters to CM Bhajanlal Sharma. A protest is being held in Sanchore district under the leadership of Sukhram Vishnoi. At the same time, Nadauti MLA Ghanshyam Mahar and Gangapur City MLA Ramkesh Meena have given a 5-day ultimatum to the government regarding Gangapur City district. Also demanded to appoint SP soon.
