Bundi : In Bundi district, it is mandatory for the beneficiaries of Social Security Pension Scheme to get physical verification done by 31st December. Pension amount will not be paid if physical verification is not done. A total of 1 lakh 73 thousand 992 pensioners in the district are receiving pension benefits under the Social Security Pension Scheme and 83 thousand 324 (47.89) percent pensioners have got their physical verification done.
District Probation and Social Welfare Officer, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Ramraj Meena said that the elderly, widows and specially abled persons receiving pension under the Social Security Pension Scheme have got physical verification done till 31st December to keep their pension smooth. He said that pensioners deprived of physical verification can get biometric verification done through fingerprints from E-Mitra Kiosk, Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra, E-Mitra Plus. Apart from this, one can also get the verification done at home through Rajasthan Social Pension and Aadhaar Face RD (RajSSP) mobile app. He said that in case physical verification is not done through the above means, the pensioners themselves can contact the Regional Physical Verification Officer (Subdivision Officer). /Development Officer) and get the physical verification done by getting the mobile OTP linked to the Aadhaar number.
