New Delhi, December 5 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party is cornering Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi regarding the foreign media house ‘Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project’ (OCCRP). BJP leaders allege that on the basis of the issues raised by foreign powers before the Parliament session, the opposition creates ruckus in the House and does not allow the session to continue. BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Dinesh Sharma and Central Government Minister of State Sukant Majumdar spoke to IANS on Thursday on this issue.
Speaking to IANS, Rajya Sabha MP Dinesh Sharma said, this is unfortunate. Some opposition parties sympathize with those people. When Parliament is about to convene, they will create a big incident. Things that create instability in the country come before the Parliament session. As soon as the session ends, people stop speaking about it. Such incidents start from abroad and are publicized in our country. On this the opposition people start creating ruckus in the house. They don’t get crowd on the road, so they do it in the House. Such tendency should be avoided.
On the statement of UP CM Yogi Adityanath that today the same thing is happening in Sambhal and Bangladesh, which Babar did 500 years ago. On this Dinesh Sharma said, this does not mean the citizens of Sambhal. They are on our heads. But those who have come wearing masks and are using American and Pakistani cartridges. In the video, they are seen firing openly. Such people are of terrorist nature.
BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi alleges that whenever Parliament is about to function, foreign powers come with a report and the opposition creates ruckus over it. Regarding this, Union Minister of State Sukant Majumdar said, he came in front of everyone with a very good point. Congress created ruckus regarding Covid. Whatever issues are discussed abroad, the opposition raises them in the House. Their work is to stop the development of India. The opposition wants to go with backwards thinking. They want voting through ballot paper instead of EVM.
Attacking the Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal, he said, Mamata Banerjee has stopped the CAA and did not allow it to be implemented. Now she is saying that new people should come there. Right now the people of West Bengal are not able to handle him. They should clear their stand first. They know that most of the Hindus of West Bengal leave them and vote for BJP. That’s why she is saying this to woo him. People should stay away from them.
