Located several hundred feet above sea level, the fort is surrounded by huge walls and is connected to the Amer Fort by tunnels.

Originally made of sandstone, these walls cover an area of ​​3 km. Another special thing about this fort is that it has the world’s largest wheeled cannon ever made. The water pond located behind the cannon in this fort is still considered mysterious. This tank is very large in size. This water tank was a topic of discussion not only in the early centuries but also in the 20th century. It is believed that the Kachwaha dynasty used this fort to store their treasure. Many historians believe that there is a chamber under this tank located in this fort, where the treasure looted by Maharaja Man Singh from Afghanistan and various princely states of India was hidden.
