Jaipur : on one hand the state government earns applause by announcing new recruitments. But on the other hand, when these recruitments get stuck in the court, strong advocacy is not even done there. Due to this, recruitment cases remain pending in the court and the unemployed keep waiting for jobs. At present also 6 recruitments for 12227 posts are stuck in the court. Of these, 4 recruitments are from Staff Selection Board, 1 recruitment is from Rajasthan Public Service Commission and 1 recruitment is from Rajasthan Universities of Health Sciences (RUHS). The candidates for these recruitments allege that the government does not advocate strongly in the court. Due to this the matter remains pending. Apart from this, the process of pharmacist recruitment is going on slowly due to the negligence of the officials. In this, it seems difficult to get appointment till the medical department’s own stated date of 30th November.

“Regarding the recruitments pending in the court, we are constantly making efforts to get it resolved from the court so that the youth can get relief. I will also try to be present in the court for the hearing on 28th November and 2nd December.”

4 recruiters are in court regarding wrong questions
5388 posts of Junior Accountant
Last year, the selection board had recruited 5388 posts of Junior Accountant and Tehsil Revenue Accountant. The age limit was 21 to 40 years. Some candidates below 21 years of age had applied on the basis of CET. The matter went to court. The court stayed the final result on 23 February 2024. Document verification has been done. Now only the final result remains.
27000 posts in teacher recruitment level 2
The Selection Board had announced recruitment for 27 thousand posts in Teacher Recruitment-2022. Results are pending for 3 thousand basic posts in recruitment. The matter of objection to some questions is going on in the court. The board has formed an expert committee and taken opinions on the questions. But the court recently banned the release of revised results. Due to the matter being in the court, results are not being released even for the original posts.
200 posts vacant for Food Safety Officer recruitment
RPSC has announced recruitment for 200 posts in the year 2022. The result came in June. The medical department had also verified the documents in July, but even after 4 months the appointment was not received. At present, employees of other cadres in the Medical Department are on deputation to the posts of Food Safety Officer. He is not leaving this post.
Information Assistant recruitment to be done on 2730 posts
The selection board had announced recruitment for 2730 posts of Information Assistant in 2023. Verification of documents of the listed candidates is going on. The final result is to be released after the completion of this work, but the court has put an interim stay on the appointment in this recruitment. Because the matter of answering about 10 questions in this recruitment is going on in the court.
Dental Officer recruitment for 209 posts was done in March.
RUHS had announced recruitment for 209 posts in March 2024. There is controversy over questions regarding recruitment also. The candidates have challenged the answer key of RUHS in the court. For this reason, there has been a ban on releasing its final result.
3896 post video
In the year 2021, the selection board had announced recruitment for 3896 posts. Appointment orders were issued but many candidates did not join. About 700 posts are lying vacant. The matter regarding questions regarding this recruitment is also pending in the court. Due to this, results are not being released on these posts.
Pharmacist got stuck due to negligence of recruitment officers
Pharmacist recruitment was done in April 2023. Appointment is to be made on 3067 posts. The Medical Department has given the date for issuing appointment orders till 30th November. At present, the experience certificates in this recruitment have to be re-verified. The work has not started. Due to the negligence of CIFU officials, the work of this recruitment is going on at such a slow pace that it is difficult to release the final result, leave alone the appointment till this dateline.
