Jaipur : Jaipur The eight-day Kalpadrum Mahamandal Vidhan and Vishwa Shanti Mahayagya started with the flag hoisting at Shri Mahavir Digambar Jain Temple located in Sanganer Chitrakoot Colony on Monday. The Vidhan Sabha will be organized under the guidance of Muni Samatva Sagar Maharaj and Muni Sheel Sagar Maharaj Sangh. Temple Committee Minister Anil Jain Kashipura said that consecration took place in the temple in the morning. After this, a procession was taken out under the leadership of Munishree. The procession passed through Tonk Road, Mian Bajaj Gali, Phool Colony and reached the venue Kanwar Ka Bagh Rajgrahi Nagar, where it turned into a religious gathering. In the procession, devotees wearing saffron clothes were walking along with Lord’s Trayodashi Jinalaya in a palanquin along with elephant, horse and carriage. At various places on the way, Jain followers performed foot washing and auspicious aarti of the monks.
President Kewal Chand Gangwal told that Shanti Devi, Ashok Sogani hoisted the flag at the legislative venue as per the procedure. The pandal was inaugurated by Kamal Jain Jhanjhari. Samatva Sagar Maharaj, while giving a sermon, said that Jina governance emerges only in the philosophy which describes the Samavasaran of twenty-four Tirthankaras. Pilgrimages are established. Worshiping Lord Jinendra with auspicious feelings not only brings excellence in life but also makes life blessed. Salvation is attained with immense happiness.
Inauguration of charitable dispensary
A dispensary built for charity by social workers Kamaladevi and Kailash Chand Sogani was also inaugurated near Chitrakoot Colony Jain Temple. Free treatment will be provided through Ayurveda method in the dispensary.
Cultural programs will be organized after Maha Aarti
On Tuesday, after Abhishek and Shantidhara, the Vidhana will begin and the sage will deliver sermons. There will be cultural programs after Maha Aarti in the evening. Till 26th November, there will be Abhishek, Shantidhara, Vidhan Puja and auspicious discourses of Muni every morning. Presentation of dance, drama etc. will be given by the members of Mahila Mandal and Youth Club. Concluding ceremony on 27th, Vishwa Shanti Mahayagya will take out a procession to the temple after immersion. After this Shriji will be seated in the altar. Arrangements for vatsalya food have been made for all the guests sitting in the Vidhan and coming from outside.
