Principal CPO of North Western Railway, Pradeep Kumar Singh, has ordered all the zonal railways to do all types of transfer online from December 1. At the same time, transfer on administrative ground, posting of medical de-categorized staff and promotion should also be done through HRMS only. At the same time, from December 15, all work related to transfer, posting and promotion will be done compulsorily online only.
