Under Raksha Kavach Abhiyaan, a seminar on cyber security was organized near Tonk Phatak Pulia on Thursday. In a program organized in collaboration with Ek Pahal India, experts made the youth aware to avoid cyber crime. In the cyber wing of the police headquarters, Deputy Superintendent Neeraj Mevani and Police Inspector Gajendra Sharma also addressed the students.
Inspector Sharma said that new types of cyber crimes are being carried out like social-matrimony sites, mobile apps, banking fraud, SIM swapping, digital arrest, training, shopping sites and juice jacking etc. He also told ways to avoid these. At the beginning of the program, organization president Amit Dev welcomed the cyber expert. More than 300 students participated in the seminar.
