Jaipur : Jaipur: In Bishangarh village of Rampura Dabri tehsil, a case has come to light of a deceased person making a fake will of agricultural land and getting his name registered through mutation. In the complaint made in the public hearing to the District Collector, Jaipur, it was told that the Khatedari land of Mahendra Kumar Aggarwal, son of Chaturbhuj Aggarwal, resident of 2 A 10 Alipur Park Palace, Calcutta, village Bishangarh Tehsil Rampura Dabri, Khasra No. 452/216, 463/234, 219/585, 444/216, 460/234, total kita 5 total area of 4.0108 hectare land was registered in account. Mahendra Kumar Aggarwal has died
By hatching a conspiracy, Ramchandra son of Nangram, resident of 88 Bada village Bhatian, Sisyawas tehsil Amer district Jaipur made a will on a plain paper and in collusion with the tehsildar got the name transferred in his name. Indian Hindu Sena’s National President Mukesh Pareek complained and said that the will prepared by Ramchandra Meena on March 15, 2017 is doubtful and is on plain paper, in which one witness is Satyanarayan son of Bhura, resident of Dhandhoti Maujmabad Dudu Jaipur and the other witness is Ramdayal Aggarwal. Son Srinivas Aggarwal resident road no. 17 Vishwakarma Jaipur is mentioned. This will made on plain paper has been attested by Rajendra Prasad Yadav Notary Public on 15 March 2017. IDENTIFIED BY ME is stamped next to the signatures of both the witnesses. Give page number to the so called will which is signed by the executor in two places.The matter is in my cognizance.
