Jaipur Celebrated Tapa Kalyanak Day of 24th Tirthankar Lord Mahavir Swami

Jaipur : Jaipur Tapa Kalyanak Mahotsav of Lord Mahavir Swami, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism, was celebrated with devotion on Monday. On this occasion, special programs of worship were organized in Digambar Jain temples of the city. In the morning, after the consecration of Lord Mahavir Swami, Shantidhara was performed wishing happiness, peace and prosperity in the world and Lord Mahavir was worshiped with the eight substances. Tapa Kalyanak Arghya was offered along with chanting of mantras. Tapa Kalyanak Mahotsav was celebrated in various temples including Chitrakoot Colony, Mahavir Digamber Jain Temple of Sanganer, Shantinathji’s Cave, Parshvanath Digamber Jain Atishay Kshetra Chulgiri on Agra Road, Varun Path Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar Sector 5.

The society should see every saint with equality.

The Pichchika Parivartan program of Chaturmasrat Acharya Shashank Sagar and Sandesh Sagar was completed in Mansarovar Varun Path Jain Temple. On this occasion, Acharya said that no saint is big or small. Look at every saint with equality. The society is the family of a saint. If the society takes a pledge to participate 100% in the activities of the saint, then the welfare of life is possible. Temple Society Committee President MP Jain said that the lamp was lit by social workers Ashok and Shakuntala Chandwad in the program.
