Jaipur cold wave alert, cold will increase from next week, cold wind will also blow

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert indicating the possibility of cold wave in many cities from December 10. Cold wind will also blow in 6 districts. During this period, the night temperature in Shekhawati area can come down to 3-4 degrees Celsius. Light fog may also occur at some places in the morning in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh areas of northern Rajasthan. According to weather experts, a Western Disturbance will be active in North India from tomorrow. Due to its effect, there will be snowfall in the states of North India on 8-9 December. After the departure of this system this wind will start blowing.

If we look at the weather of the last 24 hours, cold has increased in Rajasthan. Now the day temperature is not even reaching 30 degree Celsius in all the cities except Barmer. Yesterday the highest temperature of 30.6 degree Celsius was recorded in Barmer only. Yesterday the maximum temperature was recorded at 29.2 degrees Celsius in Jodhpur, 29.3 in Jalore, 28.4 in Chittorgarh and 28.2 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer.

Chills increased due to cold wind in Shekhawati

Cold wind blew in Shekhawati area of ​​Rajasthan last night. With the onset of evening, the cold increased due to light to moderate winds in Sikar, Churu and Jhunjhunu. Cold wind blew throughout the day yesterday in Jaipur also.

Despite the clear sky and bright sunshine during the day, one felt cold due to the cold winds. The maximum temperature recorded in Sikar yesterday was 24 degrees Celsius, which was the coldest day in the entire state. Similarly, 26.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Churu, 26.7 in Pilani and 26.3 degrees Celsius in Jaipur.

Cold night of the season in Hanumangarh-Ganganagar-Jodhpur

The minimum temperature recorded yesterday in Hanumangarh district of northern Rajasthan was 6.5 degrees Celsius, which was the lowest temperature recorded here this season.

Similarly, the minimum temperature recorded in Jodhpur yesterday was 11.8 degrees Celsius, which was the lowest temperature of this season in the district. For the first time in the season in Ganganagar, mercury was recorded in single digit i.e. 9 degrees Celsius.

Yellow alert for these districts

Meteorological Center Jaipur has issued a yellow alert of cold wave on 10th December. Apart from this, cold wind will blow in Bikaner, Jhunjhunu, Hanumangarh, Ganganagar and Jaipur, Nagaur areas also. There is a possibility of cold wave at isolated places in the western and north-eastern districts of Rajasthan (Bikaner and Jaipur divisions) on 11 and 12 December.
