Experts believe that the demand for warehouse is not only good as per the development of the industry, but is also emerging as another option of income for the local people. Warehouses are being constructed on Sikar Road, Agra Road, Ajmer Road, Tonk Road and Delhi Road. Rent is available ranging from Rs 50 thousand to Rs 5 lakh.
On Sikar Road and Ajmer Road, local people are developing warehouses on agricultural land which are illegal. JDA’s enforcement branch is also taking action on these.
