Jaipur Demand to make strict law on commenting against religious leaders

Jaipur : Jaipur To celebrate Miladunnabi on the occasion of completion of 1500 years of Prophet Islam, All India Milad Council Unit Rajasthan and Markze Ahle Sunnat Jaipur organized a Miladunnabi conference on Monday in a hotel in the capital Jaipur. Maulana Fazle Haq, convener of All India Milad Council, said that the Ulemas, Imams and intellectuals participating in this conference called for celebrating 1500 years of birth of the Prophet of Islam on a grand scale on September 5, 2025.

This program was sponsored by Mufti Abdul Sattar Razvi Mufti-e-Shahar Jaipur. While the program was presided over by Maulana Fazle Haq, former chairman of Rajasthan Madrasa Board. The chief guest at the event was Mohammad Saeed Noori, founder of Raza Academy Mumbai. The main speaker in the program, Maulana Mohammad Abbas Razvi, who had come from Mumbai, was present. Important resolutions regarding the rights and problems of minorities were also passed on this occasion. A resolution has been passed in the conference that India is an example of communal harmony. Here, each other’s religion has been respected while maintaining unity in diversity. Because of this, communal harmony has always existed here. But for the last few years, with the intention of spoiling the harmony, objectionable comments are being made openly against the Prophet of Islam by the religious leaders of other religions, the list of which is long. We condemn it and appeal to the central and state governments to enact strict laws against anyone making objectionable remarks against any religious leader so that such persons are given the harshest punishment.

In future, no person should be able to harm the communal harmony of the country if any organization or religious leader makes objectionable remarks against any religion. Madrassas running across the country are the identity of the religious and social culture of the minority society. Madrasas have been linked to modern education by the society. But today the Madrasa is deprived of basic facilities. It is our duty to protect the religious and social identity of Madrassas as per the constitutional rights given to us by the country. We appeal to the state and central governments to provide basic facilities to the madrassas so that poor children among the minorities are not deprived of education and the religious and social rights of the madrassas are not interfered with.

He said- Waqf properties are donated in the name of God. The Central Waqf Act made for the development and protection of properties is competent, there is no need for change in it. There is no need for the Waqf amended bill brought by the Central Government. The rules brought in this amended bill interfere with our religious and social freedom, which we vehemently reject and pass a resolution to withdraw this bill. Maulana Mohammad, on this occasion, Mohammad Saeed Noori, Founder Raza Academy Mumbai, Mufti Abdul Sattar Mufti-e-Shahar Jaipur, Abbas Razvi Mumbai, Maulana Qari Ahtram Alam, Maulana Syed Mohammad Qadri, Mufti Gufran Raza, Qari Moinuddin, Qari Wali Mohammad, Qari Zahid Hussain Noori, Ulemas and Imams passed the resolution with unanimous support. OI India Milad Council President Mohammad Saeed Noori has made Mufti Abdul Sattar Razvi the patron of Rajasthan State Milad Council, Hasin Ahmed as coordinator, Mohammad Imran Qadri as co-convenor and Nasir Ahmed Ansari as divisional president.
