Jaipur: Firing outside history-sheeter’s house due to rivalry, five miscreants caught

Jaipur : Jaipur Police has arrested five miscreants of Manish Saini gang in the case of firing that took place a week ago in Jawahar Nagar police station area. The firing took place on November 29 outside the house of history-sheeter Rahul Nanda in Sindhi Colony. Police said that there is a rivalry going on between the two groups. DCP (East) Tejaswani Gautam said that Rakesh Saini alias Babu, resident of Anandpuri Moti Dungri, Kundan Singh, resident of Hasanpura, Akram alias Akki Mirza, Gautam Singh Shekhawat, resident of Kardhani and Narendra Singh, resident of Dhanka Basti railway station have been arrested. The firing incident was carried out by Kuldeep Gehlot alias Kalu and Achitya Singh alias Honey Tiger. Both the main accused are still absconding.

The arrested accused is a habitual criminal

Police said that three criminal cases are registered against the arrested accused Rakesh. Eight cases are registered against Akram and he is a history-sheeter of Sadar police station. Two cases are registered against Gautam and two cases against Narendra. Ten cases are registered against the main accused Kuldeep Gehlot alias Kalu, who is absconding in the case and he is a history-sheeter of Motidungari police station. At the same time, Honey Tiger is a history-sheeter of Shyam Nagar police station, seven cases are registered against him.

The accused were caught like this

After scanning the CCTV footage of the incident spot, the police searched for the accused in Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. During the raid, the miscreants got scared of the police action and gathered around the house, from where they were arrested. DST’s ASI Chhitarmal, Pratap Nagar police station head constable Avinash and other policemen played an important role in arresting the accused.
