Experts say that along with the mandatory requirement of identity card for the students living in the hostel, those coming from outside after 10 am to 5 pm should also be given entry after thorough checking. The university administration should monitor the security of the hostels of the campus and constituent colleges at night. CCTV cameras should be installed and mobile numbers of vehicles should be recorded, so that any incident can be detected. In case of any kind of problem in the hostels, a teacher should be appointed to solve it, so that solutions can be found on the basis of complaint.
