Jaipur High Court raised questions on the working style of RPSC

Jaipur : Jaipur High Court has asked the government in the matter related to the entire recruitment process being affected and delayed due to various issues in government recruitments, why not prepare an SOP to resolve the complaints of the candidates. Grievance redressal committees should be formed in every government department. Besides, AAG Basant Singh Chhaba and Vigyan Shah have been asked to discuss with the Personnel Department and seek proposals from all government departments regarding recruitment. Justice Sameer Jain gave this instruction on Friday while hearing the petitions filed by Jyoti Kumari Meena and others on various issues regarding ANM Recruitment-2023 for about 5000 posts. In compliance with the court order, PS Medical and Health Gayatri Rathod and PS Law Brajendra Kumar Jain were also present.

The news shows how the selection is going on in RPSC.
During the hearing, the court also raised questions on the working style of RPSC and said that newspaper reports are showing how the selections are being conducted in RPSC. The court told RPSC advocate MF Baig that candidates who have less marks in the written examination are given more marks in the interview.

There should be a time limit for resolving objections on the portal also. During the hearing, advocate RP Saini drew the court’s attention towards the working style of RPSC and said that if there is an approach there then even the candidate with less marks in the written examination gets more marks in the interview.
