Jaipur : High Court has put an interim stay on the decision of the Single Bench to release the revised result of Level-2 of Teacher Grade Third Recruitment-2022. The Division Bench of the High Court on Thursday gave its verdict while hearing the petition of Sarita Kumari and others.

On December 6, 2023, the Single Bench had ordered an expert committee to examine the disputed questions and release revised results on that basis. Under this, the verdict will be announced on Thursday.

During the hearing, the division bench of Justice Inderjit Singh and Justice Vinod Kumar Bharwani stayed the implementation of the order of the single bench. The court has issued notice to the Staff Selection Board and the parties and has also sought their reply.

Out of 27 thousand, 25 thousand have got appointment. Advocate Himanshu Jain, who appeared on behalf of the petitioners, said – On December 6, 2023, the Single Bench had given instructions to revise the examination results on the basis of the report of the Expert Committee. Out of this recruitment of 27 thousand posts, about 25 thousand candidates have got appointment.

Apart from this, the single bench did not talk about the merit of recruitment in its own order. Taking the evaluation of questions by the Selection Board as the basis only, instructions were given to release the revised results on the report of the Expert Committee.
