Jaipur JDA will develop 172.61 hectares of land, there will be parks and schools

Jaipur : Jaipur JDA has issued the final notification to acquire and develop 172.61 hectare land outside the Ring Road under the Land Pooling Act. No objection was received from the account holders on the circular issued earlier for this plan made for Acharawala, Jaisinghpura and Abhaypura areas. On this, JDA has released the development plan of the scheme and sought objections and suggestions from the general public within 30 days. The special thing is that the facility of park, school and dispensary will be available at a 10-minute walking distance from every plot developed in the scheme. A network of 18 to 30 meter wide roads will be built. This is the second scheme after Shivdaspura, in which account holders will be compensated under the provisions of the Land Pooling Act. Under this, JDA has prepared a list of affected farmers and has also calculated the amount of compensation for the structure. JDA will start the process of land acquisition after disposing of the suggestions and objections received.

JDA will develop 680 bighas of land in Zone-11

In Zone-11, Diggi will acquire about 680 bighas of land in Revenue Village Acharawala, Jaisinghpura alias Tejawala and Abhaypura on Malpura Road and develop it under the Land Pooling Act. Draft Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) details, including Index Map/Base Map, Original Plot Map (OP), Original Plot and Final Plot Map (OP/FP), Plot Map. The general public can register their objection by getting information at Additional Chief City Planner (Master Plan), Room No. CB-SF-201H.

USP; A network of roads with a length of 18 meters and above will be built. 9 meter and 12 meter wide small roads will be built to connect the blocks. As per revenue records, development land will be given to owners of HT Line Reservation/ZDP Road/Restricted land. The Khatedar will have good access to the plot given and will get good size. JDA will get the internal development work of the scheme done by auctioning the reserved land. About Rs 350 crore will be spent on this. In this, the north-east border will be included up to the outer road of the Ring Road Scheme. The south-east border will be up to Diggi Malpura Road. In the south-west border, the scheme will be developed up to the proposed 30 meter wide road of the Zonal Development Plan connecting Diggi Malpura Road to Jaisinghpura alias Tejawala village.
