These are the demands from the government

There is a demand to sell the land mentioned in the lease deed issued by Arafat to the laborers and employees as per the order of the Supreme Court and to pay the outstanding salary, gratuity and compensation to all the laborers and employees as per the order of the Supreme Court.

There is a demand to provide employment to the people of Kota by expropriating the remaining land and giving it to the people running the industries.
CITU state president Comrade Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, the chief guest at the protest, said that today, after 27 years of struggle and despite the decision of the Supreme Court, the government is colluding with land mafias and scrap dealers to destroy the factory machines. Despite this, the dues of the workers are not being paid which shows that the government is succumbing to the capital losses and the government is worried about the capital losses. Even senior officials from Delhi have come to see this land. If the demands of the workers are not met soon, then preparations are being made by the three unions to launch a major agitation. District President of CITU and State President of RMS R U Union Comrade Rakesh Galav also addressed the protest.
