Kirtan is going on in other temples of the city including Gopinath Ji, Anandkrishna Bihari, Radhadamodar Ji, ISKCON and Ladli Ji. According to Astrologer Pt. Purushottam Gaur, according to Skanda Purana, the results of chanting, penance, meditation and donations done in this month to get the blessings of God are many times more than in other months. In this month, taking holy bath in the rivers and reading Bhagwat Geeta helps in attaining the best results and also increases the self-confidence. This month is also important for seasonal changes. There will be many special fasts and anniversaries in the coming days. Especially Geeta Jayanti will be celebrated on the Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha of this month. On this day, Shri Krishna preached Geeta to Arjun. Therefore, this month is considered a symbol of knowledge, devotion and attainment of salvation.

There will be Kaal Bhairav Ashtami on 23rd November, Utpanna Ekadashi on 26th, Pradosh on 28th, Masik Shivratri on 29th and Shraddha Amavasya on 30th November. Vinayak Chaturthi will be celebrated on 5th December, Vivah Panchami on 6th, Mokshada Ekadashi and Geeta Jayanti on 11th, Pradosh Vrat on 13th, Dattatreya Jayanti on 14th, Dhanu Sankranti on 15th and the full moon of Margashirsha month will be celebrated. Before this, on Geeta Jayanti, satsang, bhajan and Geeta marathon will be organized in ISKCON and Krishna Balram Temple.
