Jaipur MI Road market will be developed on yellow theme, parking arrangements will be made

Jaipur : Jaipur MI Road market will again be developed on yellow theme. Efforts have been started to return it to its old glory. Not only this, the trade board itself will handle the arrangements for paid parking in the market. Regarding this, a special meeting of officials of MI Road Trade Board was called on Wednesday. It has been decided that the market will be beautified. Its theme will be kept in the yellow color of the princely period. Not only this, one or two yellow LED lights will be installed in front of every shop and building here, so that its beauty can be seen from a distance. Traders say that the original color of Jaipur was yellow, the kings of Jaipur believed that yellow was the best color for business and to attain Goddess Lakshmi. Earlier, the markets of the fort were also yellow in color, hence Sargasuli and Tripolia Gate. Its color remains yellow even today. Not only this, the color of City Palace is also yellow. That is why a meeting has been scheduled with the Smart City to lay yellow stones on the footpaths outside the shops, so that tourists can be attracted.

Traders will meet the Chief Minister to remove one-way traffic on Saturday and Sunday

Whatever steps will be taken to bring uniformity in the market, a circular will be issued by the trade board to all the traders. This information was given by Trade Board General Secretary Suresh Saini. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of HS Pali, President of the Trade Board, in which Minister Surendra Gupta, Co-Minister Chandraprakash Sain, Executive Members Mohanlal Kumawat and Amod Arora attended. The Trade Board has written a letter to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and will also meet him. So that the market is made one-way on Saturdays and Sundays and tourists can easily roam around the market. Traders believe that right now the market is being used as a highway and customers do not stop here. A letter has already been written to the traffic police regarding this.

Strict parking of two hours will start on MI Road

The traders of MI Road are also very worried about the unorganized parking. They have given several letters to the corporation administration for strict parking of two hours here but no hearing is taking place. Here the vehicles from the outer area remain parked for many days and months and the customers do not get a place to park their vehicles. Now the trade association itself is preparing to handle the parking arrangements. For this, a proposal is being sent to the Municipal Corporation, so that the corporation administration should hand over the parking on both sides from Ajmeri Gate to Government Hostel on MI Road to the traders, so that the system can be improved.
