Jaipur : There is relief news for Jaipur railway passengers. Railways will now update the passengers by doing real time analysis of the train, this will not only provide comfort to the passengers. Rather, Railways will also be able to do the movement of passengers easily. Principal COM Madan Deora and Principal CCM Narsingh have held a meeting with officials of the operating and commercial departments. After which CCTM Sunil Gupta and CCM (PS) Dhirumal issued Joint Process Order (JPO) to the Senior DCM and Senior DOM of the four divisions including Jaipur. On the other hand, CCM Sunil Beniwal, Vivek Rawat, Deputy CCM Mukesh Saini, Dr. Seema Bishnoi. Will also maintain coordination with the divisions.
A senior official said that recently GM Amitabh inspected the Jaipur-Khatipura section and saw the passenger facilities. He talked to the passenger sitting at the station and asked which train he would take. On this, the passenger told that he had returned after visiting Khatushyamji, but here it was found that the train was late by 6 hours, that is, at around 5 in the morning, the train going from Khatipura to Howrah was rescheduled for 10:30 in the morning. But the train had left from Agra at 10:30 in the morning. But it was not updated on time. After this, GM Amitabh reached the headquarters and held a meeting with the officials. In which instructions were given to the officials that real time analysis of the trains should be done and only then they should be rescheduled.
For this, the running status of the train will be checked every two hours. Which will be sent to the passengers through message in coordination with the headquarters and commercial control of the four divisions, that is, the passengers will be informed about the running status of their train through the bulk message facility by the Railways. At the same time, announcements will be made repeatedly at the stations and information about this will also be given to the booking counters and ATVM facilitators, so that they can issue tickets to the passengers accordingly.
