However, this facility is free for state level players and beginners will have to pay some part of this amount. In fact, at the end of 2022, the Congress government had removed the ‘Paid and Play’ scheme, but now the exercise to re-implement it has started in the Sports Council. For this, a committee has been formed, whose chairman has been made District Sports Officer Karan Singh. After brainstorming with his committee members, he will submit a report to the Secretary of the Sports Council.
