The social media team of Jaipur Police Commissionerate posted a post on social media ‘X’. The players of the Indian cricket team were shown in police uniform and Australian cricketer Travis Head was shown as a criminal. The caption read, “We were searching for him since November 19. Now I have finally caught him.”
Jaipur police was criticized for posting about Bumrah
A few years ago, Jaipur Traffic Police had put up an advertisement with Indian bowler Jaspreet Bumrah. The police was also criticized after this post. In a road safety advertisement, Jaspreet Bumrah’s photo was put up and it was written, ‘Don’t cross the line, you know it will be costly.’
Jaipur police apologized after being trolled
Bumrah was bowling in the final of ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Pakistan team was batting. Bumrah bowled to Pakistani batsman Fakhar Zaman.
