Jaipur Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Jaipur today, traffic will be diverted as per need.

Jaipur : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the Rising Rajasthan Investment Summit organized at JECC, Sitapura on Monday. Tight security arrangements have been made across the city for this event. The police rehearsed from the airport to JECC on Sunday. The rehearsal convoy left the airport at 10:45 am and reached JECC just 8 minutes later. From there the convoy left for the airport at 11:30. During this time, traffic was also stopped on the route for some time. During the rehearsal, traffic was diverted from the airport to JECC. Both the roads from India Gate till JECC will remain closed from Monday morning. The right and left lanes of India Gate will be converted into one way. It will remain one-way from JECC to India Gate even in the evening. Traffic will be stopped for some time during the Prime Minister’s convoy on Tonk Road.

This will be the arrangement for traffic in the city for three days

Jaipur. Special changes have been made in the traffic and parking arrangements from 9 to 11 December during the Rajasthan Rising Summit- 2024 held at JECC Sitapura. This arrangement will remain in effect for three days.

One-way traffic will be operated from India Gate to JECC and from JECC to India Gate at the time of arrival and departure of the participants during the Summit.

The normal traffic coming towards JECC from Chatrala Circle, Radha Raman Nursing College, Aman Circle, RUHS, in front of the college, and India Gate intersection will be diverted as per requirement and operated through parallel routes.

General traffic running on Tonk Road will also be diverted as per requirement and will operate on parallel routes.

Heavy vehicles will be diverted as per requirement from under Goner Mod Chokhi Dhani culvert to Mahatma Gandhi Road, CBI Gate to Jagatpura Mahal Road and B-2 Bypass to Jagatpura Road.

During the program, all citizens have been appealed to cooperate in the traffic system and park their vehicles at nearby parking spots instead of parking on normal roads.

Traffic related activities will continue normally in Sitapura Industrial Area.

Unhindered movement of ambulances and essential services vehicles will be ensured.

Parking of vehicles will be completely prohibited around the airport, from B-2 Bypass to Sitapura Pulia and on the main roads of JECC.
