Jaipur : Jaipur: Entrepreneurs are stuck after depositing money in the industrial area built by RIICO in Rama village of Aspur. RIICO assured to provide facilities in the industrial area but even after a year neither road nor electricity connections were built here. Not only this, the land of the entrepreneurs who were allotted plots was even levelled. RIICO cut 220 plots in this industrial area. It was decided to give 108 of these plots through lottery in the year 2023. Of these, 60 deposited 25 percent of the cost of the plot within a month, while 30 businessmen have deposited the entire amount.
Now entrepreneurs are not able to deposit further funds due to the fear that this scheme may fail. The allottees who have deposited the full amount are facing one more problem. Their plots are not being registered. Nikunj Joshi of Aspur Small Industries Unit said that the plot cut by Rico is 6 kilometers inside the main road and the width of this road is so less that no big vehicle can go inside from there. 60 people have till now An amount of more than one crore rupees has been deposited now and once the registry starts, other allottees will also deposit the money. The department is talking about proper management of electricity, whereas in reality only poles have been erected in the area. Connections have not been given yet.
