Jaipur Rs 49.31 crore will be given for the beautification of Chhatris of Amer, Nahargarh and Gator.

Jaipur : With the aim of developing tourism and heritage of Jaipur state, Chhatri of Amer, Nahargarh and Gator will be developed. The Central Government will give Rs 49.31 crore for this. Under this, many works like repairing and renovating the damaged walls of the forts, giving a new look to the entry gate will be done. All tourist palaces will be developed in such a way that people can get employment. It is believed that about 4 thousand people will get employment from this. Let us inform you that the Central Government has approved 40 projects to develop tourist destinations in 23 states across the country. Under this, Rs 3295 crore will be spent.

Nahargarh; The road to reach here will be improved so that the commuters do not face any problem. The walls are broken at many places, they will be repaired. There will also be planning for how Jaipur and other heritage can be shown from here.Jalmahal Pal; The fortification walking route connecting the Gator Chhatri will be corrected, so that the tourists do not face any kind of problem. Restoration of Mawatha Lake, landscaping of fairy garden, junction improvement and other places will also be rectified. All damaged areas will be repaired. Beautification of Jal Mahal Pal, development of walking area and lighting will be done.

Amer can be declared ‘No Vehicle Zone’

Repair of dilapidated walls of Amer, entry gate, parking, cleaning and other works will be done. Work will also be done to make the fort beautiful and safe. Dr. Pankaj Dharendra, Director of Department of State Archeology and Museums, Rajasthan, says that this will increase the number of tourists. Golf carts can be started from Jaleb Chowk of Amer Palace to Jaigarh and Nahargarh Fort. Jeeps already being driven can be stopped and declared a ‘no vehicle zone’. With the development of the fairy garden, footfall of tourists will increase; pathways can be made here. Parking area can be developed here. Zip line can be started in Nahargarh. With the help of ADMA, restoration work can be done in palaces and forts. Tourism is also likely to increase by 25 percent.
