Jaipur : Municipal Corporation’s sanitation workers will be on mass leave tomorrow in Jaipur. The employees will reach the Heritage Corporation headquarters after marking attendance in their respective ward offices. The outline of the strike will be decided in the meeting held there. Angered by the lack of experience certificate for the recruitment of sanitation workers, the United Valmiki and Safai Workers Union has made this announcement. President of the association, Nandkishore Dandoria, said – This time in the recruitment, experience certificates have been sought from the candidates, on which signatures of the Municipal Corporation officials have been sought. But for some time, the Municipal Corporation administration officials are not signing the certificates of the candidates belonging to Valmiki community, while their certificates are being verified by the Municipal Corporation’s CSI. Dandoria alleged – Corporation officials are only signing non-Valmiki candidates. They are signing the certificates of only the candidates of the society. Due to this, there is anger among the candidates of our society.

In this mass holiday, apart from the permanent employees, even the temporary employees have been asked to observe less shutdown. Recruitment is being done on more than 23 thousand posts
The government has invited applications for recruitment of sanitation workers on 23 thousand 820 posts in all the urban bodies of Rajasthan including Jaipur. The last date of application for this recruitment is 27th November. This was the second time that recently the government had extended the last date of application by 7 days.
