On this, in the last two months, the police took action against more than 100 bikes and removed their silencers. A case was also registered against the bike driver under MV Act.
During investigation, it came to light that some bike modifyers fit this type of silencer illegally. On this, the police team has identified such shops and held discussions with them. If the police team still gets a complaint about these shops, then action will be taken against the shops also. Information has come to light that mischievous people pay more money to install this special type of silencer in their bikes.
