Jaipur: Son kicked and punched in liquor party dispute and then live-in partner murdered

Jaipur : Jaipur Gandhi Nagar police station arrested the partner of a woman who had been living in a live-in relationship for four years by strangulation. According to the police, the incident took place during a liquor party. After a minor altercation, the accused killed the woman in an intoxicated state. DCP (East) Tejaswini Gautam said that the arrested accused Manish Nirwan (31) is a resident of Jhalana Dungri. Manish was living in a live-in relationship with Kavita Bairava for the last four years. Both have two twin daughters and a son. Police station in-charge Rajkumar told that both of them had a liquor party on Monday night.

Manish had borrowed three lakh rupees from someone. The lender asked Manish several times to return the money. But Manish did not repay the loan. On this he complained about it to Kavita. Under the influence of alcohol, Kavita asked him to repay the loan. There was an argument between them regarding this matter. The situation escalated to such an extent that the woman, while intoxicated, kicked her son, causing him to fall from the bed. Manish, in a rage, strangulated Kavita to death. On the other hand, due to drinking alcohol, Kavita started foaming at the mouth. Seeing this, Manish asked Kavita’s father Ramesh Chand to come soon, saying that she was unwell. When father arrived, Manish told that Kavita consumed poison due to which she died. The police found the case suspicious and when interrogated, he confessed to the murder.
